September events

Its been busy the last few weeks. I decided to make some videos to help people understand the printmaking process. I am printing a linoleum cut block I made.  I usually hang out at the Bluegrass Printmaker's cooperative mondays from 10am until 2pm.  Stop by and print for only $8/hr for up to 4 hours!   

This friday september 19th, 2014 from 5pm until 9pm check out the Artwalk in downtown Paris, Kentucky! My location is the Paris Bourbon County Public Library at 716 High Street, Paris, Kentucky.  It precedes the SECRETARIAT festival which happens the following saturday.  There will be several artists and vendors you can check out the work and support the local, regional, Kentucky art scene!  Lots of fun events too including a free horse carriage ride as well!

Here is a photo from the BPC show, "Hit Print" that is currently up at the Grand Theater in Frankfort, Kentucky. It looks really great and you are very much encouraged to attend! 308 St. Clair Street, Frankfort, KY 40601 is the address. The exhibit is displayed September 4 - November 30, 2014. Make sure you make it out! It is free, open to the public during the open hours of the theater!
